Seb

Managing Director

Sebastian Morley and The Camp team came up with the concept in 2007 and were the first to introduce it into the UK. Sebastian was an infantry and Special Forces Officer who has seen extensive service all over the world. He has been involved in the health and fitness industry ever since and has a passion for the delivery of safe and sustainable weight loss and improved fitness results using a fully trained and responsible team.

Pauline

Marketing, Sales & PR

Pauline Drysdale heads up the sales, marketing and PR department for The Camp. She has attended the course a number of times and so can answer any questions that you may have. A keen skier, runner, mountain biker and tennis player, Pauline has a love of the great outdoors and the benefits it brings. She is a kindly voice at the end of the telephone should you be concerned about booking. Pauline has worked in marketing for Disney in Florida, Ski Val in France, Regent Hotels in Sydney and as an account director for Brooke Bond & Baxters Soups in the UK.

Craig

Chief Physical Training Instructor

Craig has been in the military for over 17 years and has worldwide operational experience. He has been working with us at the Camp for over 4 years both on the ground and as Chief Instructor. He is a fully qualified physical training instructor, a patrol medic, as well as holding a current Fposi qualification. Craig is Close protection trained in executive and hostile environments and is also an evasive driving instructor. He is also a qualified massage therapist and is looking to move into sports massage.

Jamie

Chief Physical Training Instructor

Jamie has been working with us at the Camp for over 3 years both on the ground and as Chief Instructor. Jamie has served in the military for over 9 years predominantly as a Physical Training Instructor. Jamie is also a qualified Personal Trainer and first aider, so when he is not on the Camp he is training clients on a one to one basis. He is known on The Camp for his infectious sense of humour and excellent PTI sessions.

Myra

Masseuse, Fitness teacher & Housekeeper

Myra McGinley has been a fitness instructor for 24 years and now teaches Piloxing (a combination of fitness & boxing) as well as Pilates mat work & Swiss Ball. Myra is also a qualified sports masseuse which the clients love after a hard session. Her beauty & holistic business was started 15 years ago and this has grown from strength to strength. She enjoys keeping active with hill walks and spending time with her family.

Jane

Physiotherapist & Housekeeper

Jane Bailey has been helping others achieve success in their life for over a decade. A Master Practitioner of NLP, Sports Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher, Jane’s natural passion and enthusiasm will help you physically, mentally and emotionally at The Camp. She is also a keen runner and a member of Dumfries & Galloway Triathlon Club.

Amy

Nutritionist

Amy MacGregor has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and has been a qualified personal trainer, now based in Edinburgh, for 8 years. Amy is also a fully qualified nutritionist and holds a sports science degree specialising in weight loss, delivering nutrition talks throughout Scotland. Having previously represented Scotland at hockey she maintains a passion for adrenaline and outdoor sports. She also enjoys scuba diving and golfing.

Tony

Head Chef

Tony Budde is our accredited chef at The Camp and his experience across hotels, restaurants and contract caterers is numerous. He has worked with some incredible chefs over the years including Ken Hom, Gary Rhodes, Rick Stein and Anton Edelmann to name but a few. He recently joined them after being accepted into The Master Chefs of Great Britain.
His awards include: Les Routiers Dining Pub of the Year 2003 and 2005, Forth Valley – Best use of local ingredients – formal dining category 2005, Scotland the Best 2002, 2004, 2006, AA Pick of the Best Pubs for Food 2007, Eat Scotland - Silver Feb 2007, Shellfish – Best Seafood Pub – UK – shortlisted to last four March 2007, Dumfries & Galloway Life - Chef of the Year 2010/11, Dumfries & Galloway Life - chef of the year finalist 2016/17.

Ros

Chef

Rosalyn Cartner owns and runs a small catering company in Ayrshire, Scotland. She cooks for a variety of different functions, be it, large or small throughout the United Kingdom. She obtained a degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science during her University years, which has proven to be extremely useful in her cooking career as it has allowed her to combine both her nutritional and culinary expertise. Her ambition is for her clients to enjoy delicious meals combined with healthy eating.

Rhona

Physiotherapist & Housekeeper

Trained in Sports Massage, Rhona Quorm is also a fully qualified Aromatherapist (two year qualification), Swedish Masseuse and Reiki Therapist. She worked for Steiner onboard Luxury Cruise Liners, then on returning to dry land, worked for Turnberry 5 star Elemis Spa. Rhona has a love and passion for creating fantastic food using local produce. Her Cordon Bleu diploma gave her wonderful training, which has grown and expanded her love for creating delicious food.

Helen

Physiotherapist & Housekeeper

Helen looks after you whilst you are at The Camp. She is a qualified sports therapist and has worked with various different sports teams and people in the music business and is also a hypnotherapist specialising in weight loss. Whilst at The Camp Helen offers a gentle listening ear as well as a shopping service when required.
