BASIC BOOT CAMP

New for 2011

The Camp are delighted to announce the arrival of their ‘BASIC BOOT CAMP’ which will offer the same high level of service and safety as our highly rated boot Camps in Scotland and Spain, but at a price more suited to the budget conscious.  Our Special Forces team remains the same with our fully trained and qualified PTI’s, medical experts, nutritionist and chef. 

COSTS

A fully inclusive one week’s stay at our Basic Boot Camp costs £850 and this encompasses activities from 6am – 9pm and includes insurance, all food & drink, kit, instruction, transfers and credit card charges.  There are no hidden costs. 

WHERE

Located in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park our Basic Boot Camp is only a few miles from Bakewell. Basic Boot Camp is set in an extensive 55 acre site in an idyllic setting.  Our Basic Boot Camp is only 3 hours from London by train and is easily reached by road and rail.

WHEN

Basic Boot Camps will run Friday to Friday and the launch date is 8th – 15th April.  Accommodation will be 6 – 8 clients in shared dormitory style rooms with attractive stone walls.  The accommodation is centrally heated with a high shower to bed ratio.  These rooms are serviced by a large sitting room, a lecture room, a drying room and an additional store room.  Allan, our legendary chef, will be on site to provide the high standard of catering that The Camp is renowned for and all your dietary and nutritional needs will be met.

ACTIVITIES

The Basic Boot Camp rises at 06:00 and stands down at 21:00 providing a program of constant low-intensity physical training. Using a range of activities from Gyrokenisis® to mountain-biking, self-defense and orienteering, the boys at The Camp will keep you moving all day - even information sessions after meals, to allow for digestion, will be conducted on fit balls!

GROUPS

Groups will be split into 15 with our usual high staff to client ratio.  The activities and results will be identical to those at our prestigious luxury boot Camps in Scotland and Spain.
