NEW INSTRUCTORS AT THE CAMP

We are delighted to welcome Graeme Bailey Scott and Bobby Robinson onto our programmes at The Camp.

Graeme is an ex army officer who also ran the British Army’s Adventure Training School. He holds the MIA - Mountain Instructors Award, and is a qualified mountain bike instructor. He is also the 2008 world champion dog- sled racer. Bobby is a mountain instructor, canoe instructor, martial arts expert and military adventure training instructor.

THE CAMP ESPAGNE

Having found somewhere of the right standard, in a suitable location, the arrangement has fallen through at the Spanish end. We ARE still looking for somewhere but we expect this course to be delayed.

10 TOP TIPS FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE

1. Avoid ready meals
2. Cut back on caffeine
3. Minimise wheat intake - try spelt bread and oatcakes
4. Avoid products containing heated sunflower oil
5. Buy unsalted nuts/snacks
6. Try goats' milk/yoghurt
7. Go for wholegrains
8. Juicing is fabulous - try beetroot with apples
9. Try options to sugar - date syrup, maple syrup, manuka honey ( fructose or xylitol if on low G.I.)
10. Exercise daily

HELP FOR HEROES

We feel that this is a charity close to our hearts & we are sponsoring the Help for Heroes Ball. Wounded soldiers are not currently helped enough on their return home and we hope that this will go a little way in supporting this worthy cause. See the web site www.helpforheroes.org.uk

ADVANCED FITNESS PROGRAMME 11 – 18th OCTOBER
We are pleased to introduce our new Advanced Fitness Programme. This course caters for past and future clients who still want to lose weight, but with more emphasis on increasing cardio vascular fitness. TheAdvanced Fitness Program will improve fitness, muscle tone, recovery rate and resting heart rate. You will be challenged & we will push your fitness up to the next level. CAMP CHAT

We have been having some fabulous results and some excellent feed back once clients have returned home - Danika looked gorgeous on her wedding day. This little note written by a past client, for the new arrivals that Saturday, really summed it up for all of us!
