We also welcomed Jackie Llewellyn Bowen and Slavitsa Ecclestone onto the course in Andalucia, Spain in January. Jackie thoroughly enjoyed her experience, is looking fabulous and talked about most enthusiastically on the Alan Titchmarsh show.

OUR NUTRITIONISTS TOP TIP & ALLAN'S NEW RECIPE

 

Alex Rowles, our nutritionist, advises having a homemade fruit smoothie every third morning as the weather improves. Allan has a great energy boosting breakfast recipe which serves 4-6 in 8oz glassses. Take 8 teaspoons of fine oats, 12 teaspoons of low fat natural yoghurt, 1 pint skimmed milk, 2 ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon of natural honey and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.  Add all ingredients into a blender, blend till smooth, pour and serve.
